Dan Lapporte

Dan Lapporte is an experienced leader in people analytics with a successful track record across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of US People Analytics at ASML since June 2024, Dan is responsible for translating US needs to a global context and driving business results. Prior to ASML, Dan built and led the people analytics function at Lucid Motors from December 2021 to June 2024, supporting the advancement of electric vehicles. Dan's extensive background includes roles at Kaiser Permanente as a People Analytics Leader focused on workforce initiatives during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as positions at Chevron, URS Corporation, and Charles Schwab, where Dan managed HR reporting, analytics, and operations teams. Dan holds an MBA from Saint Mary's College of California and dual Bachelor's degrees in Biological Sciences and Anatomy & Physiology from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
