Dirk de Vries is currently the Group Lead of D&E DUV System Performance at ASML, where they have progressed through various roles since joining the company in 2008. Dirk started as a Design Engineer in defectivity and later served as a Project Manager for D&E DUV Imaging from 2013 to 2017. They continue their education at Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
