Fred Hallebeek

Fred Hallebeek has extensive experience in the high-tech industry, currently serving as a Preventive Maintenance Sequence Architect at ASML since January 1994. In this role, Fred specializes in connecting high-tech design with optimal availability, focusing on the rapid ramp-up of leading technology while ensuring high serviceability. Prior to ASML, Fred held positions as a Design Engineer at Shape Laboratories from January 1992 to January 1994, and as General Manager of Test Laboratories at Philips USFA from January 1985 to January 1992, where responsibilities included design and testing. Fred earned a degree from Utrecht University, studying from 1978 to 1985, after completing education at College Blaucapel Utrecht from 1972 to 1978.
