Heleen van Elderen is currently the Head of HR for the GMF EUV Factory at ASML, where they oversee People & Culture with a focus on leadership development and fostering a culture of independence and inclusivity. In addition to their role at ASML, Heleen is a member of SER Topvrouwen. Heleen's work is centered around the innovative manufacturing and installation of EUV systems.
