Janne Dietz is currently the Global Head of Inclusive Talent & STEM Education for the ASML Community Partnership Program, focusing on enhancing educational access and inclusivity. Previously, Janne worked as a Portfolio Manager for the ESG Community Partnership Program at ASML and as a Senior Manager in Sustainability Strategy. Janne has experience in project management from KPMG Sustainability and has held positions at The Boston Consulting Group and AIESEC the Netherlands. Janne's academic background includes a Master's degree in Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a Bachelor's degree from Utrecht University, alongside exchange programs at WU and the University of Sydney.
