Justin Allchin is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and financial management. Currently serving as Digital Transformation Manager at Evonik since November 2014, Justin focuses on identifying and promoting technologies that drive organizational transformation and sustainability. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of CFO for the Sub-Saharan Africa region at Evonik, overseeing financial management, reporting, and compliance across five teams in three countries. Justin’s earlier experience includes roles such as Commercial Finance Controller at Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Africa, and Group Financial Reporting and Consolidation Accountant at Samancor Chrome. Justin began a career in finance with external audit experience at Ernst & Young and as a bookkeeper at E Malan & Associates. Educational qualifications include a BCom (Honours) in Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Auditing from the University of Johannesburg.
