Karen Reinhardt

Karen Reinhardt, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, serves as the CHRO for ASML in the US since September 2019, where responsibilities include executing the People Agenda and aligning HR initiatives with business objectives. Previously, Karen held the position of Vice President, People - North America at GHD, leading HR practices across 4,000 employees. A significant tenure at Lockheed Martin involved roles as Director of Global HRIS & Technology Consulting and Director of Talent & Organizational Capability, focusing on strategic HR execution and talent management. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Unisys, Discovery Logic, EDS, NASD, Pinkerton Computer Consultants, and Prudential Home Mortgage. Karen holds an Executive MBA from the University of Maryland and a B.A. in Economics & Business and Computer Science from Lafayette College.
