Koen Cornelissen

Koen Cornelissen is an experienced Internal Audit professional with a strong background in IT auditing and risk management. Currently serving as the Internal Audit line manager at ASML since September 2019, Koen leads a team of audit professionals and manages stakeholder relationships within the Product and Technology sectors. Previously held roles include Internal Audit expertise manager at ASML, senior IT auditor at NS, and IT auditor at Joanknecht, where a passion for procedural aspects of auditing was developed. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Opleiding in IT Audit, Compliance & Advisory from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, a Master's degree in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University, and a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfseconomie from Fontys University of Applied Sciences.
