Maurice van der Lee is a seasoned Hardware Testing Architect at ASML, with a career spanning from April 2006 to the present. At ASML, Maurice leads a team in the Test & Measurement Facilities (TMF), supporting projects in Design and Engineering (D&E) through mechanical testing and measurements. In this role, Maurice coaches coordinators and architects on both technical and non-technical skills, while also overseeing process design and the development of administrative tools. Prior to this, Maurice worked as a Mechanical & Test Engineer, contributing to projects such as the Immersion Hood and the standardization of outgas qualifications for EUV. Earlier experience includes a position as a Mechanical Engineer at Fico Singulation BV, where a patented unit for measuring sawing blade diameter was developed. Education includes a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology, attained in 2003, following completion of VWO at Christiaan Huyghens College.
