Cem Mor is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in mechanical design and project leadership. Currently serving as Lead Designer and Group Team Leader at ASML since June 2020, Cem previously held roles as Senior Mechanical Design Engineer at MCA Engineering Nederland and Advanced Lead Design Engineer at GE Aviation, where involvement in new product introduction (NPI), design for excellence (DfX) initiatives, and cross-functional team coordination were key responsibilities. Cem's background also includes project management and team leadership as Sub-Section Manager for LM6000 Aeroderivative Engine at GE Aviation, and expertise in design and stress engineering at TEI. Early internships at Öztiryakiler and Arcelik provided foundational experience in production engineering. Cem holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University.
