Nancy van Way

Nancy Van Way is a seasoned professional currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management and Change Management Team at ASML since April 2022, also holding the title of Business Change Manager. Prior experience includes leadership roles at ASR Group as Change Management Lead and as a Supply Chain and Procurement Leadership Rotation Associate, as well as a Corporate Responsibility Fellow at PVH Corp. and Marketing Director at Oahu Fresh. Nancy was a Core Founding Team member of Impact Hub Honolulu and worked as a Project Manager at Molokai Ranch. Earlier in her career, Nancy held positions such as Sustainability Initiatives Program Manager and Environment, Health and Safety Coordinator at International Paper. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Politics, Philosophy & Economics and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania, and an M.B.A. with distinction in Change Management, Social Impact, and Innovation from NYU Stern School of Business.
