Niclas Mika

Niclas Mika has over a decade of experience in communications, currently serving as the Head of Technology & People Communications at ASML since May 2010. In this role, Niclas leads a team of 30, focusing on enhancing internal communications, supporting top leaders, engaging employees with company strategies, and facilitating change through effective communication initiatives. In 2023, Niclas also served as the interim Global Head of Communications, overseeing a team of over 100 across various communication channels. Previous positions at ASML include Head of U.S. Communications and various roles in corporate communications starting in 2010. Prior to ASML, Niclas worked as a journalist for Reuters from 2000 to 2010, gaining a breadth of experience across different news departments. Niclas holds a Staatsexamen in Law from the University of Hamburg.
