Niels Alkemade

Niels Alkemade is a commercially focused HR and talent management expert with extensive experience in recruitment management and HR business partnering across international and multicultural environments. Currently serving as the Head of Global Operational Excellence in People Operations at ASML, Niels has previously held significant roles at IAG, Auckland Council, and Heineken, where they demonstrated success in team leadership, strategic recruitment, and organizational change.
