Nina Dekker

Nina Dekker is currently the Head of Business Governance at ASML, where they oversee corporate governance matters. Previously, they held various legal positions, including Senior Legal Counsel at ASML and Company Lawyer at Intertrust Group, where they advised on corporate law and international business restructuring. Nina's legal education includes a Master of Laws from the University of Utrecht and a brief study at The Australian National University. They began their career as a paralegal at Van Brakel Advocaten B.V. and gained early experience as a Junior Company Lawyer at ATC Group.
