Paula's educational background includes a PhD in Business Strategy for Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, a Master's degree in Business Administration from FIA - Fundação Instituto de Administração, and an Advanced Studies Diploma in Business Management from Universidade da Beira Interior, among other qualifications.
