Shaoqian Wang

Shaoqian Wang is a Senior Mechatronics Architect with a robust background in robotics, focusing on decision making, perception, and actuation. They previously served as a Senior System Control Engineer at ASML, where they led vibration isolation projects and conducted extensive modeling and simulation. As a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Kentucky, they designed attitude control systems for CubeSats and investigated human learning in dynamic systems. Shaoqian earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering and holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky, along with a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Harbin Institute of Technology.
