Sung-Woo Lee

Sung-Woo Lee is an experienced professional in the semiconductor industry with a robust background in lithography and process development. Currently serving as PCS Team Manager at ZEISS Semiconductor Manufacturing Technology since April 2022, Sung-Woo also holds the position of Senior Marketing Manager at ASML from April 2015. Previous roles include R&D Engineer at Synopsys and various engineering and managerial positions at Samsung Electronics, where responsibilities encompassed leading lithography technology development and managing DRAM yield improvement. Sung-Woo's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and M.S. in Physics from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology, as well as a B.S. in Physics from Yonsei University.
