Teodora Lupu

Teodora (Teddy) Lupu is the Head of US Strategic Sourcing & Procurement Business Processes and Strategy, where they focus on improving operational rigor, risk and compliance management, and analytics. They previously served as a Program Manager for Data Governance at ASML, where they redefined and implemented enterprise data strategies. Teddy has also held various roles in finance and analytics, including positions at Northwestern Mutual Financial Network, Encore Capital Group, and Certona, where they demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills. They earned a B.S. in Finance/Accounting from California State University, Los Angeles.
