Thiago Silva e Souza

Thiago Silva e Souza is an experienced professional in electrical engineering and project management, currently serving as Project Lead/System Install Owner at ASML since October 2021, where responsibilities include coordinating international installations of deep ultraviolet photolithography systems. Previously, Thiago worked as Head of Electronics/Project Lead at NGM - Next Generation Machinery, contributing to the development of a hydrogen-fueled agricultural tractor and managing stakeholder communications.
