Valentina Bonito

Valentina Bonito, Ph.D., currently serves as the Head of ASML San Diego R&D partnerships, focusing on disruptive business innovation by fostering high-impact collaborations with universities and research institutions to enhance ASML’s R&D pipeline and workforce development. Previous roles at ASML include business partner for internal communication and editor-in-chief of Technology Matters magazine, where Valentina led content strategy and a cross-functional team. At Eindhoven University of Technology, Valentina worked as a science communicator and press officer, achieving widespread media coverage for scientific advancements. Valentina holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology and has experience as a scientist and entrepreneur, including positions at Philips Research and founding a food business.
