Wei-Yin Lin

Wei-Yin Lin is a Senior Software Engineer at ASML, specializing in the development of computational geometry algorithms for computational lithography products since September 2021. Previously, Wei-Yin held a similar position at Synopsys Inc, focusing on parasitic extraction, and served as Team Lead and Algorithm Engineer at ASML from September 2016 to May 2021, where responsibilities included project management and software development for optical proximity correction verification. Wei-Yin has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Assistant Professor teaching engineering mathematics at Ming Chuan University and has held research and teaching assistant positions at National Taiwan University. Wei-Yin completed a PhD in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, following a Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems from National Central University.
