Yee Rui Koh

Yee Rui Koh, Ph.D., is a Technical Project Manager at ASML, where they currently apply their expertise in the semiconductor industry. They previously held the position of Sr. Design Engineer at ASML since 2021 and served as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Virginia from 2018 to 2020. Their academic background includes a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Purdue University, where they also earned a Master’s degree. Throughout their career, Yee Rui has contributed significantly as a Research Assistant at both Birck Nanotechnology Center at Purdue University and UC Santa Cruz. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (Materials) from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
