Yi Zhao

Yi Zhao is a Senior Manager in Development and Engineering at ASML, where responsibilities include leading a team focused on real-time control systems for EUV light sources, such as plasma metrology and feedback control loops. Previous roles at ASML include Manager and Staff System Engineer, overseeing the stability of EUV light sources and delivering advanced semiconductor lithography equipment.
