Yu-Jen Fan

Yu-Jen Fan is a highly experienced professional in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer and Product Engineering Lead at ASML since January 2017. Prior to this role, Yu-Jen Fan worked at GLOBALFOUNDRIES as an APPC EUV Resist from April 2016 to December 2016, and at SUNY Poly SEMATECH as an EUV Project Manager and Project Engineer from March 2011 to March 2016. Yu-Jen Fan holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Nanoscale Science & Engineering from the University at Albany, SUNY.
