Zun Huang

Zun Huang is a Senior Design Engineer at ASML, leading product development for advanced lithography and imaging performance optimization for the 5/3nm process node. Previously worked as a reviewer for top optics journals during their time at OSA and as a Graduate Research Assistant at Purdue University and Purdue University Intense Laser Lab. Holds a PhD in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Purdue University.
