Elspeth Chong

Elspeth Chong is an experienced HR professional with a background in various HR roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at ASMPT Ltd since March 2021, Elspeth collaborates with business leaders to identify manpower needs and manage workforce planning. Prior experience includes HR Operations Specialist - Mobility at Swire Pacific Offshore, where responsibilities involved managing end-to-end mobility for assignees, and HR Executive roles at LHN Culinary Concepts Pte Ltd, Sime Darby Property Singapore Limited, and Enviro-Hub Holdings Limited, where Elspeth handled a full spectrum of HR functions, including payroll and documentation. Elspeth began the career as an Admin Assistant at Leong Hin Piling Pte Ltd. Academically, Elspeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Counseling Psychology from the University Malaysia of Terengganu and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Capital Management from the Singapore Human Resource Institute.
