Tzu Hua Huang

Tzu Hua Huang is a highly experienced Senior Optical Engineer with a proven track record in optical system design and planning across multiple industries. Currently employed at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. since March 2020, Tzu Hua specializes in wire bonding and AOI optical system design. Prior experience includes a tenure at Test Research, Inc. (TRI) focusing on AOI and SPI optical systems, and at Delta Electronics where Tzu Hua contributed to optical measurement solutions and sensor design for industrial automation and automotive applications. Earlier positions at Coretronic Corporation involved research and development for AR/VR products and optical tolerance analysis. Tzu Hua holds a Master's degree in Optics and Photonics from National Central University and a Bachelor's degree in Physics from National Changhua University of Education.
