Louis-Vincent Bouthier

Louis-Vincent Bouthier currently serves as the Head of the Paris division at the Radiation Protection and Nuclear Safety Authority since January 2025, leading a team dedicated to ensuring radiation safety for workers and the population in Île-de-France. Previously, Louis-Vincent held various leadership roles at the Autorité de Sûreté Nucléaire, including Chef de la Division de Paris and Adjoint de la Cheffe de la Division de Paris, where responsibilities mirrored those in the current position. Additional experience includes roles as an engineer and researcher across several organizations, including Corps des Mines and CEA, with a focus on fluid mechanics and rheology. Louis-Vincent's academic credentials comprise a PhD in Acoustic-Thermomechanical Coupling in Complex Fluids from Mines Paris-PSL and an Engineer's degree in Mechanics from École Polytechnique.
