Caroline Williams

Caroline Williams has a strong background in risk management and customer service. Caroline was the Head of Operation and Compliance Risk Management at ASO Savings & Loans PLC, where they oversaw the company's risk management operations starting in July 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Risk and Inspection officer at the same company from April 2019 to September 2023. Caroline also served as the Acting Head of the Customer Service Team at ASO Savings & Loans PLC from November 2010 to April 2019. Before their time at ASO, they worked as an Educational Consultant at GIEVA from October 2007 to June 2010, and as a Personal Assistant to the Director at YARAC from April 2006 to September 2007.

Caroline Williams pursued their Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri between 2002 and 2005. Caroline later advanced their education by enrolling in the Nigeria Defence Academy, where they are currently pursuing a Master's degree in International Affairs and Strategic Studies.
