Victoria Akoji-Omale

Victoria Akoji-Omale has been with Aso Savings & Loans Plc since April 2008, currently serving as the Acting Head of Human Capital Management. In this role, Victoria oversees critical functions such as Employee Relations, Recruitment & Selection, Learning & Development, Career Management, Performance Management, and Pay & Compensation. Prior to this position, Victoria was the Head of Career & Performance Management, responsible for overseeing Performance and Career Management, alongside Learning & Development. Victoria also served as the Head of Employee Relations, focusing on staff welfare and recruitment from April 2008 to March 2009.
