Carlos Chima

Carlos Chima is an experienced marketing and business development professional with a diverse career spanning several roles in the industry. Currently serving as the Marketing Director at Realty Africa since June 2014, Carlos also holds the position of Director of Business Development at Asoba and serves as a Director at Shataq Trust, both roles taken on in 2021 and 2022 respectively. Previously, Carlos was a Senior Lecturer at the Zimbabwe Institute of Vigital Arts, where responsibilities included teaching advertising and 360-degree communication planning and integration from January 2005 to November 2014. Carlos also worked as the Director of Strategic Planning at Y&R Zimbabwe from July 2007 to August 2009. Academically, Carlos completed an Associate's degree in the Senior Management Development Program at GIBS Business School in December 2008.
