François Rizzo has worked in various roles within the gaming industry. François began their career as a Game Design student at Enjmin from October 2014 to September 2016. François then worked as a Game Designer at Small Bang from April 2016 to November 2016.

François then joined DigixArt in March 2017, where they worked as a Game Designer/Level Designer. François was primarily involved in the development of two games: "Road 96" and "11-11: Memories Retold." For "Road 96," François designed the procedural structure of the game and created the narrative to fit this structure. François also collaborated with the main programmer to design tools and worked on half of the game's levels. In addition, they were responsible for various tasks such as blockout, scripting, writing, cinematics, and polish. For "11-11: Memories Retold," François contributed to the general game design during the vertical slice and production phases. François also designed several chapters of the game, including blockout, scripting, and polish tasks.

François then joined Ubisoft in August 2020 as a Level Designer, where they worked until July 2021. Finally, they are currently employed at Asobo Studio as a Level Designer, starting from July 2021.

François Rizzo pursued their education starting in 2013 when they attended Université Paris-Sorbonne for a Master's degree in Film/Cinema/Video Studies and Video Games Studies. François completed their studies the following year in 2014. Their educational journey continued as they enrolled at Enjmin in 2014, where they obtained another Master's degree, this time in Game Design. François Rizzo completed their studies at Enjmin in 2016, concluding their formal education.
