Pepe Martín Álvarez

Pepe Martín Álvarez is a seasoned professional specializing in digital transformation and data analysis. Currently serving as the Chief Digital Transformation Officer at Autismo Sevilla since September 2015, Pepe leads digital strategy and implementation across various organizational areas while identifying improvement opportunities through innovative technological solutions. Additionally, Pepe works as a Data Analyst in Digital Transformation and Development at Hexagonal since March 2024, focusing on process digitalization and decision-making optimization. Involved in Proyectizable, Pepe designs and executes digital transformation projects aimed at democratizing access to European funding for social economy organizations. Previously, Pepe contributed as a Data Analysis Consultant for Impact Hub Madrid and worked as a graphic designer for the Junta de Andalucía, creating accessible signage. Pepe is currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering at Universitat Oberta de Catalunya and studying at the Escuela Técnica Superior Ingeniería Informática in Sevilla, following a background in technology education.
