Rafael Cabarcos

Rafael Cabarcos is a seasoned professional in corporate diplomacy and human resources, currently serving as Partner and Managing Director at Addvok since 2021. With extensive experience in academia, Rafael has held positions as an Associate Professor of Corporate Diplomacy at ISDE Law & Business School and EAE Business School, while also managing the Instituto Internacional de Diplomacia Corporativa since 2012. Additionally, Rafael plays a pivotal role in the Asociación Centro de Dirección de RRHH as both a board member and president. Previous roles include Director of Corporate Human Resources at Grupo Prisa and Director of Human Resources at GSK and Santander International. Rafael holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a degree in Philosophy (Psychology) from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid.
