Juan Manuel D.

Juan Manuel D. is an experienced data and analytics professional with a proven track record in various organizations. Juan Manuel most recently served as the Head of Data & Analytics at the Asociación Española Contra el Cáncer (AECC) since September 2020. Prior to that, they were the Head of Data & Technology at Artefact from May 2018 to August 2020. Before joining Artefact, they worked as the Head of Data & Advanced Analytics at APARA Predictive Analytics from April 2015 to May 2018. Juan Manuel also gained valuable experience as a Senior Data Scientist at StratioBD from September 2013 to March 2015 and as a Data Scientist at Universidad Complutense de Madrid from May 2011 to July 2013.

Juan Manuel D. earned a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, which they completed between the years 2002 and 2008. Following this, they pursued a degree in Electronic Engineering at the same university from 2008 to 2011. In 2011, they enrolled in Universidad Complutense de Madrid again, this time to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Physics, which they completed in 2012. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications as a Professional Cloud Architect from Google Cloud Platform Certified in May 2019 and completed an Executive Master in Professional English (EMIP) from Vaughan Systems in July 2013.
