Joni Lynn Nelson

Joni Lynn Nelson has been working in the professional world since 2007. Joni Lynn began their career as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director at SAFC. In 2010, they took on two roles at Schumacher Group, Operations Supervisor and Quality Assurance II. In 2012, they joined HMS as an Administrative Assistant (Audit & HR Coordinator) and Gallup Certified Strengths Coach. In 2015, they became a Certified Strengths Coach and Owner at FLY with Strengths. Most recently, in 2019, they began working as an Executive Assistant / Marketing Manager at Asociar.

Joni Lynn Nelson attended Plano East Senior High. Joni Lynn obtained a People Acuity Certified Facilitator; Strengths Strategies for Optimal Performance certification from People Acuity, a Strengths Strategy Company in January 2018. Joni Lynn also obtained a Total SDI Facilitator certification in July 2017 and a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach certification from Gallup in July 2015.
