Jodie Devereaux

Jodie Devereaux has extensive experience in customer care and management roles, currently serving as a Buying Manager Administrator at The TJX Companies, Inc. since April 2019. In addition, Jodie has been with ASOS.com since April 2014, progressing from a Customer Care Advisor to a Delivery Resolutions Specialist, and now leading the Delivery Resolutions Team to analyze and reduce losses in customer care. Prior experience includes a role as a Dance Instructor and Team Leader at Apex Dance, managing dance classes for children, and a Production Assistant position at Fantasia Advertising Limited, where Jodie supported filming processes. Jodie holds a Level 3 BTEC National Diploma in Media Production from West Herts College.
