Vishal Varshney

Vishal Varshney has an extensive work experience in various finance-related roles. Vishal is currently the Chief Financial Officer at ASP Global. Prior to that, they served as the CFO at Argenbright Holdings from 2021 to 2023. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Vice President of Finance at SecurAmerica. Before that, they held multiple positions at GE, including Controller GE Power Services Americas region and CFO - Global Services F/H Product Line. Vishal also served as the CFO of GE Oil & Gas, where they were responsible for the Gas Processing division. Additionally, Vishal worked at GE Capital as a Manager Finance and Controller North America Lending. Vishal began their career at GENPACT LLC, where they were a Manager Financial Reporting for the GE Real Estate business in Europe.

Vishal Varshney began their education at Happy School, where they studied Management and Accounting from 1979 to 1993. Following this, they attended Shri Ram College of Commerce and Delhi University from 1993 to 1996 and obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in Management and Accounting. During the same period, Vishal also pursued a Chartered Accountancy certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), specializing in Accounting, Tax, and Management.
