Purchasing and Sourcing

The Purchasing and Sourcing team at ASP Global is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting suppliers to procure high-quality med-surg supplies, custom products, and patient preference items. They manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and ensure timely delivery. The team operates both domestically and internationally, including coordination with the Guangzhou office, to secure direct-to-manufacturer sourcing for healthcare systems.
