Donald Ainscow

Donald Ainscow currently serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Secretary at ASP Isotopes, a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Ainscow worked as Of Counsel at Blank Rome LLP from October 2023 to August 2025 and at DLA Piper from November 2021 to October 2023. Ainscow's earlier experience includes serving as Senior Counsel in M&A and Securities and Senior Associate at Norton Rose Fulbright from October 2005 to November 2021. Ainscow holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Duke University School of Law, obtained in 2005, and a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Warwick, earned in 2004, with an additional year of study at Justus Liebig University Giessen in 2003.
