Mackenzie Curtin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a solid background in various HR roles spanning over several years. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Accruent since January 2021, Mackenzie has previously held positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist and Human Resources Generalist at Honeywell, where responsibilities included supporting engineering staffing and coaching managers through performance assessments. With earlier experiences as Vice President of the Graduate Society of Human Resources Leaders and as an HR Pathways Intern at Honeywell, Mackenzie has demonstrated expertise in employee relations, onboarding, and process improvement. Mackenzie's educational credentials include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
