Siew Er

Siew Er has extensive experience in software engineering management, currently serving at Advanced Sterilization Products, a company of Johnson & Johnson, since January 2014. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Product Development at St Jude Medical from 2004 to 2012, where Siew Er led the development of multi-million dollar software programs and partnered with senior management to establish strategic plans for the software organization. Additionally, as Director of the Tools Organization, Siew Er built an innovative Global Tools Development Organization and directed the creation of automated test management systems, significantly improving operational efficiency. Siew Er's career at St Jude Medical began in 1995 as a Project Manager in software development, overseeing critical projects that included the development of a proprietary patient simulator for testing medical devices. Siew Er holds a degree from Purdue University.
