Stefan Williams

Stefan Williams currently serves as the Vice President and General Counsel at Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP), where responsibilities include overseeing global legal, compliance, and trade compliance matters as part of the leadership team. Previously, Stefan held the position of Senior Director, Legal at Stryker, focusing on legal support for Digital, Robotics & Enabling Technologies. Before that, Stefan worked as an attorney at Lowenstein Sandler LLP, negotiating licensing agreements and drafting patent applications. Stefan began a career at Merck, where roles included paralegal duties and supervising pharmaceutical production. Educational credentials include a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and dual bachelor's degrees in Chemical Engineering and Materials Science & Engineering from Penn State University.
