Suzanne H. Wong

Suzanne H. Wong serves as Regional General Counsel for North America and Corporate Secretary at Advanced Sterilization Products, a division of Fortive Advanced Healthcare Solutions, since February 2019. With extensive experience in the legal field, Suzanne has held positions such as Associate General Counsel & Assistant Secretary for LATAM & the Americas at Advanced Sterilization Products and previously served as Assistant General Counsel at Aptevo Therapeutics Inc, where responsibilities included public company SEC filings and regulatory compliance. Additional experience includes Assistant General Counsel roles at Ominto, Inc. and Glanbia Performance Nutrition, as well as earlier positions at the Law Offices of DJS and Life Extension. Suzanne holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Florida.
