Becky Spohn

Becky Spohn, CFM, FMP, is a Senior Manager of Facilities Operations at the ASPCA, where responsibilities include overseeing Facilities Operations and Planned Preventative Maintenance at the Cruelty Recovery Center. Previous roles include Interim Director of Facilities Operations, where oversight extended across eight states and involved authoring over 100 company-wide standard operating procedures, as well as managing budgets and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Prior experience includes serving as Chief eXperience Officer at the Phoenix Indian Center and founding Confidence Concepts, LLC, focused on leadership development. Becky has also held managerial positions at Weight Watchers and The Columbus Foundation, managing teams and significant budgets, and completing multimillion-dollar facility projects.
