Ben Butina

Ben Butina, Ph.D., SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Instructional Design & Delivery at ASPCA since July 2022. Previously, Ben held the position of Director of Talent at Arconic from January 2020 to July 2022, focusing on learning and development, talent management, and talent acquisition. Ben also contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member teaching Human Resource Management at Saint Vincent College from September 2021 to May 2022. Prior experience includes roles such as Director of Employee Experience at PHOENIX Rehabilitation and Health Services, Global Training & Development Manager & Global Recruiting Manager at Elliott Group, and a Learning Consultant & Senior Instructional Designer at Westinghouse Electric Company. The early career included a Senior Training Specialist role at AT&T. Ben holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, alongside a Master's in Counseling from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's in Business Information Systems from Bellevue University.
