Bill Ketzer serves as the Senior Director of State Legislation for the ASPCA's Eastern Division, overseeing legislative functions and grassroots outreach in the Northeastern USA since March 2012. In addition, Bill holds several key positions including Town Historian for the Town of Bethlehem, Vice President of the Board of Directors at the Saturday Delmar Farmers Market, and Ex Officio Member of the Board of Trustees for the Bethlehem Historical Association. Bill is also the Chair of the Legislative Committee for the NYS Animal Protection Federation. Previous experience includes roles as Deputy Commissioner and Director of Intergovernmental Affairs at the NYS Department of Agriculture & Markets and as a Senior Policy Analyst for the NYS Assembly. Bill holds a Bachelor of Arts in English & Journalism from the University at Albany and an Associate of Arts from Hudson Valley Community College.
