James Dean

Law Enforcement Liaison at ASPCA

James Dean has extensive experience in law enforcement and academia. Since September 2002, James Dean has served as an Auxiliary Professor at Molloy College. Additionally, James Dean has been the Law Enforcement Liaison at the ASPCA since January 2015. Prior to these roles, James Dean worked for the New York City Police Department for 30 years, concluding as an Inspector in January 2012. James Dean holds a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from John Jay College (CUNY) and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Fairfield University. Further education includes training at the Federal Bureau of Investigation National Academy.
