Sabrina Pacha

Sabrina Pacha is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in legislative and organizational roles. Currently serving as the State Legislative Director for the Mountain West Region at the ASPCA since March 2024, Sabrina previously held the position of Senior Director at Healthy Air and Water Colorado from June 2020 to March 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Engagement Manager for the Midwest Region at the University of Denver, and as a Legislative Aide to Senator Faith Winter at the Colorado State Capitol from June 2016 to June 2019. Additional roles include Field Organizer for Faith Winter’s campaign and Legislative Intern for Congresswoman Diana DeGette. Sabrina Pacha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Business Information and Analytics from the University of Denver.
