Justin Schleifer

Justin Schleifer has extensive work experience in the compliance and finance industry. Justin is currently the President and Co-Founder of Aspect Advisors, a compliance consulting firm working with financial service innovators. Prior to this role, they served as the Chief Compliance Officer at Makara and Growth Capital Services. Justin also held leadership positions at various companies including MAZAKALI, BrightPlan, Carta Securities, StratiFi, LLC, Cypress Point Capital Management, LLC, Fort Point Capital Partners, and Gordian Investment Solutions, LLC. Justin has a strong background in compliance and finance, and their experience spans across various industries including digital assets, cannabis capital raising, and investment banking.

Justin Schleifer attended Cornell University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration, with a focus on Business Law. Justin also holds various certifications from FINRA (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority), including Series 7, 14, 24, 27, 55, 57, 62, 66, 79, 82, 87, and 99.
